When You’re Out of Time, You Need a Straight Answer
The worst part of a last-minute move is not knowing. You fill out forms, wait on callbacks and still have no idea if anyone is coming. When you call Old Florida Moving, I pick up, look at the schedule and tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
If we can’t fit you in, I’ll say so right then, so you can keep calling around without losing hours. If we can, you get an arrival time and a price as quickly as I can put them together.
Short notice doesn’t mean cutting corners. Floor runners and door jamb protectors still go down, furniture still gets padded and strapped, and the truck still gets loaded tight.
When a last-minute request comes in, I build the quote right then, usually as a flat rate. The short notice is already figured into that number, and nothing gets added afterward. The price I give you is the price you pay.
